The "court" was the Comedy Central show "Lewis Black's Root of All
Evil", where stand-up comics debate over which of various pop culture
items are worse for society.

One of the episodes was Ultimate Fighting vs. Bloggers, and Patton
Oswalt took the side against bloggers.
