I think your interpretation is likely very close to what Obama means. He should learn that in politics words have meanings and that he needs to choose them carefully. As to your feelings on what my interpretation is, I firmly believe that Obama would be in favor of more gun control laws at the federal level.

Only if necessary, i.e., if they are a direct threat to me our my family, as I would against any person, illegal or legal. AFA on the border, I would have no problem with people trying to enter the USA illegally being shot on sight.
> Why would you be insulted by what Obama said since you didn't loose > your job nor your house? > Bitter because of what he said, not insulted. I'm giving you a chance > to vent your frustrations.( :-0
I am neither bitter nor frustrated. The reason that I am insulted by Obama's words is that he is reinforcing stereotypes of rural residents. I have little frustration my life. I have been pretty fortunate materially, socially, and with my family. My frustration with people such as Obama is that they would take the USA further away from liberty and freedom and nearer to a society in which the citizens become subjects that are even more dependent on government.

He will win the most states, the most votes, and the most delegates, but the nomination? That is not so sure.
Too many Democratic officials and superdelegates owe the Clintons a favor. The Clintons will be out to collect.
